**WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING**
- Welcoming clients upon arrival with a warm greeting.
- Collaborating with client services to fulfill food and beverage requests, offering assistance during busy periods.
- Ensurinhg accurate message recording and relaying for clients.
- Maintaining studio cleanliness, including artist areas, to ensure a presentable environment.
- Coordinating with building management and contractors for upkeep.
- Supervising cleaners and other maintenance teams as needed.
- Handling packaging and dispatch arrangements.
- Distributing incoming packages to clients and staff.
- Managing package dispatch and postal needs.
- Organising and distributing studio supplies.
- Generating purchase orders as necessary.
- Performing data entry tasks as required.
- Managing the studio calendar and distributing daily attendance reports.
- Maintaining a staff and freelancer database for the Wiki, including photographing new and returning members.
- Keeping track of staff and freelance vehicles for parking allocation.
- Arranging travel bookings.
- Assisting Executive Producer, Head of Production, and other department heads as needed.
- Assisting in CAD approvals and dispatch processes, supporting production efforts.
- Fulfilling miscellaneous errands as requested.
**ABOUT YOU**
You have
- Prior experience in reception or client management roles.
- Proactive approach with the ability to work independently and handle various situations.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Proficient in administration tasks.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Friendly and outgoing demeanor.
- Intermediate proficiency in Excel and Word.
- Capable of working both autonomously and collaboratively within a team.
