About the Role

As a part-time Speech Pathologist at Skills Connect, you will:

  • Assess and treat a range of communication needs across speech, language, and social communication
  • Deliver therapy in our clinic, schools, or community settings
  • Build strong, collaborative relationships with families and caregivers
  • Work closely with educators and multidisciplinary teams
  • Tailor therapy to each client
  • Write meaningful, progress-driven reports without unnecessary paperwork
  • Participate in mentoring and professional development

You will also have the flexibility to tailor your caseload to your interests and work hours.

What We're Looking For

  • Recognised Speech Pathology degree
  • Eligible for Speech Pathology Australia membership
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Organised, proactive, and a team player
  • Commitment to client-centred, evidence-based practice
  • Driver's licence and own transport preferred for community visits
