We are a medium-sized company who deliver patient-centred and ethical care to clients in and around Metropolitan Sydney. We are currently looking for a Contractor Speech Pathologist to provide supports to our clients within the NDIS space for both assessments and therapy. You can choose which client you want to take on. We believe in providing a nurturing work environment, which is flexible enough to allow great work-life balance.

Expected Salary - $ per hour (negotiable)

Position Summary

We are currently seeking an honest and reliable Speech Pathologist to service clients in NDIS. NEW GRADUATES are encouraged to apply - full training will be provided. Opportunities for career development and progression into leadership roles are available within the company.

Working as a Speech Pathologist requires sound clinical reasoning, excellent communication skills, the ability to prioritise and manage workload and the ability to work independently.

FOR THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

  • Have full AHPRA registration
  • Provide assessment services to NDIS participants
  • Provide therapy services to NDIS participants
  • Be able to work autonomously
  • Participate in professional development activities
  • Receive mentoring if required

A successful candidate must have:

  • Degree in Speech Pathology

  • Eye for detail
  • Willingness to learn and develop
  • Flexibility to travel, preferably with own car and licence
  • Current Police check, or ability to obtain one

Pay: $125.00 – $130.00 per hour
