About the role

We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented Casual Assistant Office Administrator to join the team at Armitage Services Pty Ltd in Ormeau, Queensland. In this varied role, supporting the office/accounts manager.

What you'll be doing

  • Providing general administrative support, including filing, data entry, and general office duties

  • Assisting with the preparation of reports and other business safety documents

  • Supporting the team with any other ad-hoc tasks as required

  • General cleaning of the office & kitchen area

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in an office administration preferably in a similar industry

  • Experience with Xero is advantageous, but training can be provided.

  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks

  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and Word

  • Strong communication and customer service skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
