We supply a wide variety of protein products to large hotel chains, well-renowned restaurants and sporting stadiums. A Full-time position has now become available for an exceptional Customer Service Officer to join our dynamic team, located at the head office, located at Ormeau.

Responsibilities will include:

  • The receiving of orders via phone/email
  • Inputting data and generating picking slips
  • Cross checking of invoices
  • Invoicing of completed orders
  • Dealing with customer enquiries
  • Liaise with drivers regarding delivery times
  • General office duties

The successful applicant will have:

  • A strong background in the FMCG area with meat industry experience considered an advantage
  • Highly developed customer service skills
  • Exceptional communication and people skills
  • Strong computer and administration skills.
  • Strong attention to detail
