**Every Human** is seeking to employ a suitably qualified person or trainee to provide administrative assistance to our Area Operations Manager on a casual or part-time basis, with the option of moving to part-time or full-time employment in the future. This role **requires** you to be able to demonstrate effective time management and organisational skills, excellent oral and written communication skills, and have a proven knowledge and experience with computers and general administrative programs.
Experience with rostering, payroll tasks and various software experience is a great advantage. You will be proficient in using a computer, retain great attention to detail, and be able to work independently as well as a team member. The successful applicant will also have a working knowledge of the National Disability Insurance Scheme, and Disability and Home Care sector legislation or willing to learn.
The successful applicant will report directly to the Operations Manager and the General Manager, this role will include the following tasks:
- Approve timesheets, follow up outstanding documentation, process travel data and compile reports for the payroll officer.
- Assist in creating rosters, scheduling meet and greets and other meetings
- Provide support with NDIS compliance, and good practice/standards documentation
- Prepare simple advertisements using basic design software to post on the company’s social media outlets
- Assist with recruitment including interviewing, screening, and induction processes
- Facilitate intake process of new clients, liaise with support coordinators and other stakeholders
- Routinely review and update policies, procedures, and legislative, regulatory, and legal requirements for the Disability Service industry
- Assist with other overflow work as requested
Essential Criteria:
- Cert III in Community Services or equivalent qualification or be willing to enter into a traineeship for this certification - Ideal but not essential
- Evidence of a current Working with Children Check (WWCC)
- Evidence of NDIS screening check
- Completion of, or willingness to undertake, mandatory NDIS Training Modules as a priority
- Evidence of Covid-19 vaccination including the 3rdbooster dose
- Copy of current driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle
- Evidence of computer and literacy competency
**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual, Apprenticeship
**Salary**: $22.00 - $35.00 per hour
