**About the Role**
Ramsay Clinic Caloundra is seeking a **Casual Administration Assistant** to join our **Consulting Suites team.** At Ramsay Health Care, we believe our people are our greatest asset - that’s why we foster a positive, supportive, and inclusive culture across our network.

In this role, you will provide professional and compassionate support to patients and their families while assisting the clinic’s **Administration and Accounts departments**. You will be a proactive team member with excellent communication skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.

**About You**
To be successful in this position, you will bring strong administrative skills and the ability to remain professional, empathetic, and organised in a busy environment. You will also have the confidence to work collaboratively with a diverse team of doctors, nurses, pathologists, and administrators.

**Essential skills and experience**:

- Demonstrated experience as a medical administrator.
- High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent customer service skills, in person and over the phone.
- High attention to detail with strong organisational and time management skills.

**Desirable**:

- Experience with **Meditech.**:

- Previous experience as a medical receptionist.
- Knowledge of **billing processes** (private and funded patients).

**Requirements**:
