Cremorne, Victoria, Australia Accent Group Limited Full time

Join one of Australia and New Zealand's most customer centric retail groups - Accent Group. With a portfolio of over 900 stores, 34 iconic brands (including HOKA, Skechers, Dr. Martens, Platypus, Hype DC, Stylerunner, Nude Lucy, The Athletes Foot, Sports Direct, Glue Store and Vans), and 30+ online platforms, we're not just selling shoes - we're shaping the future of retail.  At Accent Group, we're driven by innovation, passionate about people, and serious about creating standout career opportunities. Whether you're starting your retail journey or looking to grow into leadership, you'll be part of a culture that values individuality, rewards performance, and empowers you to make your mark (in your kicks of course)

Reporting to the Head of Marketing Technology, you'll join a collaborative Martech team responsible for delivering personalised and high-converting digital experiences across Accent Group's retail brands, including The Athlete's Foot, Platypus Shoes, Hype DC, Skechers, and more.

As a CRO Developer, you'll focus on implementing and testing on-site personalisation and experimentation initiatives. Working closely with our external CRO development agency, UX designers, and digital teams, you'll translate Figma prototypes into engaging, performant web experiences using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

You'll work across enterprise ecommerce platforms (Magento, Shopify, and others) to prototype, test, and deploy dynamic site experiences that enhance conversion and engagement at scale. Beyond execution, you'll play a key role in CRO ideation sessions, helping shape hypotheses, advising on technical feasibility, and guiding stakeholders toward the most impactful solutions.
