We're looking for a
Digital Business Analyst
for a 12 month fixed term contract, to support our Product team in bringing to life innovative solutions that transform how our customers search, discover, and interact with our products.
As a key member of our cross-functional product team, you'll help drive experimentation and optimisation initiatives within a critical part of the customer journey. From identifying user pain points to defining feature requirements, you'll play a pivotal role in enhancing the product discovery experience and ensuring our solutions meet both business goals and customer needs.
Key Accountabilities
- Support the end-to-end product lifecycle by documenting requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to define product specifications and ensure timely delivery.
- Ensure comprehensive documentation of product features, decisions, and updates for reference and clarity.
- Foster strong stakeholder relationships to align on product goals and outcomes, bridging communication between technical teams and business stakeholders for clarity.
- Leverage analytics tools to assess product performance and identify opportunities for optimisation within the customer journey.
- Support A/B testing and data analysis efforts, ensuring insights are used to inform product improvements.
- Work with the Insights and Analytics teams to evaluate customer feedback and metrics, implementing recommendations.
Key Capabilities
- Experience in a business analyst role, analysing customer journeys, gathering requirements, and delivering insights that drive product improvements.
- Familiarity with conversion rate optimisation (CRO) practices and data-driven methodologies to inform decision-
- Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau) and experience with A/B testing and CRO methodologies.
- Knowledge of digital product development processes, including UX/UI design principles and technical oversight.
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello) to track progress and manage workflows effectively.
