As a result of our ongoing growth, we're now looking for a Paid Media Lead to join our team in Melbourne.

**The role**:
Great opportunity for a Paid Media Lead to join a leading Marketing Agency and work alongside a highly capable team of digital marketing experts. If you’re an experienced Ads Specialist with agency experience and passionate about all aspects of digital marketing, this could be a perfect fit.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Leading and growing a team of Media experts and offering support and mentorship to deliver performance-based outcomes.
- Working with the leadership team to develop and implement agency-wide initiatives.
- Run developmental and fortnightly meetings with the Media Team members to support them in their career development.
- Take responsibility for the Media team, offer high-level insights and training and develop the team members, empowering them to achieve their KPIs.
- Developing performance and e-commerce strategies for some of Australia's largest brands.
- Run and optimise paid media campaigns. Specifically, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, Pinterest and TikTok.
- Developing media buying tactics and strategies to achieve optimal ROI for the agency’s clients.
- Constantly evolving campaigns and split testing to improve ROI. We are all about performance and delivering results for our clients.

**The perfect fit**:

- 3+ years of core experience working in the paid Ads space with a strong focus on Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, Pinterest and LinkedIn. Bonus points if you have experience with other media buying platforms including Programmatic and PPC.
- Proven track record of delivering great results such as increasing ROI and lowering CPAs.
- Strong e-commerce experience especially with Shopify accounts.
- Strong analytics skills and prior experience demonstrating sound problem-solving and smart thinking.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Motivated team leader with a positive attitude that has the ability to meet goals and a desire to achieve results.
- Experience managing a team of 3+ people
- Experience with GA4 and other Analytics software.
- Experience working with budgets between 10k and 100k.

**Bonus points if you**:

- Have experience with Google Ads and other Advertising platforms
- Have worked with Data Analysis software like TripleWhale and others.
- Have worked on other media buying platforms (Programmatic, OOh, PPC)
- Have experience with Google Tag Manager and conversion tracking set-up.
- Have worked with Server-Side and CAPI tracking solutions.
- Have experience with CRO and funnel optimization.
