The Opportunity:
As a Sales Development Representative at First Page, you will play a crucial role in our dynamic sales team, developing new business, generating leads, and appointment setting. You'll engage with potential clients, offering a comprehensive range of our services, including SEO, SEM, CRO, and Paid Social (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube).
This is an exciting entry-level opportunity, perfect for somebody eager to kickstart their career in digital marketing and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, innovative industry.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Engaging with potential clients through phone and email, focusing on SMEs and larger businesses seeking Digital Marketing solutions
- Conducting thorough research to identify and understand prospective clients' online marketing needs
- Coordinating follow-up interactions and scheduling calls with our Sales team to progress leads
- Utilising marketing resources effectively in tailored email campaigns to drive engagement
- Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and maintaining a strong knowledge of the latest Digital Marketing strategies and practices
What We're Looking For:
- A genuine interest in digital marketing or a relevant degree, with a passion for learning and growing in the industry
- A keen eye for detail, coupled with strong problem-solving skills to identify challenges and provide effective solutions
- Prior experience in outbound telephone sales
- Self-motivated, target-driven, with a consistent track record of meeting and exceeding targets
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Strong relationship management skills, both internally and with external stakeholders
- Prior experience in prospecting and lead generation is advantageous
