Cluey Learning is Australia's largest online school tutoring organisation and we're growing fast We're looking for a driven, people-focused Sales Team Leader to inspire, coach and grow our high-performing sales team.

At Cluey, we're reimagining learning. Our online platform connects students 1:1 with expert tutors, creating personalised learning experiences that adapt to each student's needs. As a Sales Team Leader, you'll play a key role in bringing that vision to life by leading a team of 7–12 inbound consultants who guide parents and students through their enrolment journey.

Based out of our Sydney Head Office (with hybrid flexibility), you'll be joining a fun and dynamic team. Here's what your day-to-day will look like:

·       Coach, mentor and motivate your team to hit (and smash) targets

·       Drive performance through continuous training and feedback

·       Monitor KPIs and monitor data to unlock opportunities

·       Partner with Marketing to roll out fun promotional incentives

·       Manage team rosters and the team running smoothly

·       Act as the go-to escalation point for tricky student/parent enquiries

·       Own team compliance and champion ethical selling practices

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

·       Proven leadership experience in inbound sales (Team Leader or similar)

·       A natural flair for people management — you love coaching and developing talent

·       Data-savvy with strong CRM skills (Salesforce is a bonus)

·       The ability to remain calm under pressure, great at prioritising, and happy to own your decisions

·       The ability to use data effectively and be able to analyse reports and relevant metrics.
