We are seeking a leader who can drive customer engagement and build a high-performing team culture within our store. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar leadership or supervisory role in a fast-paced retail environment, with a strong ability to motivate and mentor a team to achieve success.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving operational excellence, managing rosters, and preparing back-of-house administration. They will also work closely with leadership to build an effective and profitable store.

In addition to their leadership skills, the ideal candidate will have a passion for styling and visual merchandising, with experience in managing large stock volumes and stock management.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assist with driving a customer-focused culture, creating a memorable and seamless experience with every interaction.
  • Support the Store Manager to engage and empower the team through ongoing training, mentoring and collaboration.
  • Work with leadership to build an effective and profitable store.
  • Motivate the team to meet sales targets and business KPIs.

The ideal candidate will be a supportive leader with a genuine desire to be part of our team and alignment with our values. They will have demonstrated commercial acumen, with the ability to exceed sales, wages and shrinkage KPIs in line with budgets.

Achieving this role requires:

  • Experience in a similar leadership or supervisory role in a fast-paced high-volume fashion retail store.
  • A supportive leader with the ability to motivate and mentor a team to achieve success.
  • Demonstrated commercial acumen with an ability to exceed sales, wages and shrinkage KPIs in line with budgets.
  • An eye for detail, with a passion for styling and Visual Merchandising.
  • Exposure to large stock volumes and stock management.
  • A genuine desire to be part of our team and alignment with our values.
