The Store Leadership Role

We are seeking a highly motivated leader to join our sales team at our new store in Oran Park. As an executive, you will inspire and coach a passionate group of sales professionals, driving growth and customer engagement while maintaining high standards of store presentation and visual merchandising.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive sales growth and achieve optimal results in sales targets, key performance indicators, store presentation, and stock levels.
  • Motivate your team to achieve exceptional results in key performance indicators and added value targets.
  • Monitor store sales to identify areas of missed opportunity and implement strategies for improvement.
  • Effectively manage wage costs, adhering to weekly wage targets and company rostering standards.
  • Coach and mentor your team to maintain high team morale and encourage individual development through training and succession plans.
