About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated leader to join our team at a Myer Charlestown concession pad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving engagement, building a high-performing team culture, and delivering an elevated customer experience through sophisticated sales techniques and product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive a customer-focused culture, creating a memorable and seamless experience
  • Empower the team through ongoing training, mentoring, and collaboration
  • Work with leadership to build an effective and profitable concession pad
  • Motivate the team to meet sales targets and business key performance indicators
  • Drive operational excellence, manage rosters, and prepare back-of-house administration
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience in a similar role, supervising teams of up to 5 staff
  • Independently motivated leadership skills with the ability to work autonomously
  • A supportive leadership style, with the ability to motivate and mentor a team to achieve success
  • Demonstrated commercial acumen with an ability to assist driving sales, wage targets, and shrinkage KPIs
  • An eye for detail, with a passion for styling and Visual Merchandising
  • Exposure to large stock volumes and stock management
  • A genuine desire to be part of our brand and alignment with our values
  • Ability to build and maintain customer relationships by delivering exceptional customer service
