Senior Sales Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Sales Manager to lead our state sales team in delivering outstanding results.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for leading, coaching, and inspiring a team of Sales Professionals to achieve reservation, settlement, and price growth targets.
  • They will champion our customer journey by embedding consistent sales practices and ensuring an exceptional experience for all stakeholders.
  • Key responsibilities include building trusted relationships with residents, families, and internal stakeholders, monitoring market trends and competitor activity, and supporting effective sales funnel management through Salesforce CRM.
  • The ideal candidate will have proven success in leading high-performing teams, guiding and developing team members, and holding them accountable for performance.
  • Strong emotional intelligence, people leadership skills, commercial acumen, and stakeholder management skills are essential for this role.

Requirements:

  • Proven success as a State Sales Manager or equivalent, leading high-performing, geographically dispersed teams.
  • Background in Retirement Living, Aged Care, or Land Lease (highly regarded).
  • Demonstrated ability to guide, develop, and hold team members accountable for performance.
  • Strong emotional intelligence and people leadership skills, demonstrated through meaningful impact and measurable outcomes.
  • Experience selling products or services with a longer or more complex sales cycle.
  • Commercial acumen, strong stakeholder management, and confidence using CRM systems (Salesforce desirable).
