Position: Support Worker

Location: Angle Vale

Client Profile :

• Male in his 50s
• Personal Care (including bowel care) and transfers
• Spinal Injury

What We're Looking For:

Fluent English speaker

• A great sense of humour and an easygoing personality
• Open-minded and comfortable engaging in light, friendly banter
• Willingness to have a laugh and build rapport with clients

Responsibilities:

• Daily shifts and
• Provide In home Support to the client getting out of bed and going to bed
• Personal care and bowel care required (training provided)
• Be respectful of client and family's privacy
• Uphold Care Squad's standards of safety, compassion, and inclusion.

Requirements:

• Certificate III (or higher) in Disability, Individual Support, or equivalent.
• Current NDIS Worker Screening Check.
• First Aid & CPR (Required).
• Medication Administration competency (Required).
• Driver's Licence (Required).
• Commitment to learning, resilience, and teamwork.
