
Disability Support Worker

We are looking for male Disability Support Workers to provide exceptional care to a gentleman in northern suburbs of Adelaide in his home.
The role will be diverse and highly rewarding, and you will be supported with ongoing training and support throughout your career.
**About You**
Have experience working with participants on the Spectrum.
You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills and be a fast learner with sound computer skills. You must be able to complete, document and review task in a timely and professional manner whilst supporting and assisting clients with NDIS and life skill goals.
You will be required to work independently and part of a team and will receive continuous support and guidance from your manager.
**Core Responsibilities**
- Support Clients with personal care and daily living duties.
- Transport clients to and from appointments and community activities.
- Support clients to work towards their personal goals.
- Engage clients with a Person-Cantered approach.
- Medication Administration and complete appropriate documentation
- Work Collaboratively with family and other key stakeholders.
**Skills and Experience**
- Hold a minimum Certificate III in Individual Support or Certificate III in Aged Care
- Hold the following qualifications, Current First Aid, CPR, Manual Handling, NDIS Worker Check, Working with Children Clearance and have completed the NDIS Worker Orientation Module.
- Have a full, current SA Driver's License and your own vehicle.
**Job Type**: Contract
**Salary**: $25.00 - $36.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Morning shift
- Weekend availability

- Adelaide, SA: Relocate before starting work (required)
