This is a fantastic opportunity to join an expanding, vibrant and supportive team to support NDIS participants to lead meaningful and fulfilling lives. Your primary responsibility will be to support our participants to have the choice, control, and independence to live their best life.  We are currently seeking experienced female support workers in Wyndham Vale and Western Suburbs.

To be considered for this fantastic opportunity, the following skills and experience are essential:

  • Experience with autism and complex mental health conditions
  • Positive behavior support
  • 12 months prior experience
  • Clear and effective communication skills with fluent English
  • FEMALE ONLY SUPPORT WORKERS

Mandatory Requirements:

  • Car and valid Australian driver's license
  • Vehicle insurance policy and proof of car registration
  • Well spoken and written English
  • Proof of right to work within Australia
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Completed NDIS Orientation Module
  • Current FA & CPR Certificates
  • Cert IV Disability or other relevant qualifications
  • Must have at least 1 year experience
  • Ability to start immediately
  • Available to work 7 days per week
