This is a
permanent part-time role (3 days per week)
working across our
Gold Coast and Brisbane offices

A day in the life?
As a
Social Media Content Producer
, you'll be the creative force behind the digital presence of
Happy Hour with Lucy & Nikki
. Your mission? Turn every episode and radio segment into shareable, scroll-stopping content that keeps fans engaged and growing.

In this role, you will:

  • Create and schedule
    dynamic social content across Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms to amplify the show's reach.
  • Collaborate closely
    with hosts and producers to capture authentic behind-the-scenes moments and trending topics.
  • Analyse performance
    and engagement metrics to refine strategies and maximise audience growth.
  • Stay ahead of trends
    , bringing fresh, innovative ideas that keep the brand at the forefront of social media.

What You'll Need

  • Proven experience in social media content creation, ideally in entertainment or podcasting.
  • Strong video editing and graphic design skills (Adobe Suite or similar).
  • A creative eye for storytelling and audience engagement.
  • Ability to work independently and manage deadlines across multiple platforms.
