The Role

You'll be the creative engine behind the brand's social presence, planning, producing, and publishing high-impact content that genuinely connects with people.

From filming and editing short-form video to writing engaging copy and analysing performance data, you'll bring ideas to life and watch them grow in real time.

This is a newly created role, ideal for someone who's ready to take ownership and make a lasting mark.


What You'll Do
  • Develop and manage an engaging, data-driven content calendar
  • Produce short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts)
  • Write compelling copy that converts followers into fans
  • Manage daily community engagement — comments, DMs, and interactions
  • Analyse and report on performance to guide future content decisions
  • Collaborate with a creative team to bring big ideas to life

What You'll Bring
  • 2–3+ years' experience managing social media for a growing brand
    Strong creative skills in video, design, and copywriting (Canva, HubSpot, or similar)
  • A love of data and analytics, you understand what performs and why
  • A deep understanding of current social algorithms and trends
  • Excellent organisational skills and an ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment
