Talentpath is proud to be partnering with well-respected law firm, searching for a motivated and detail-oriented marketing coordinator to join a and play a key role in bringing its brand to life across digital channels. This is a unique opportunity to blend professionalism with creativity - working closely with senior stakeholders and a leading external agency to execute marketing strategies, while also owning the firm's social media presence.

About The Role

  • Social Media & Content Creation where you will plan, produce and publish content across TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn and Facebook. You are equally as confident in front of the camera yourself as you are behind it
  • Coordinate all marketing campaigns including execution across digital, email and content marketing partnership with an external agency.
  • Assist with CRM and scheduling activities with HubSpot and Acuity Scheduling.
  • Edit and coordinate written content including blogs, newsletters and web content.
  • Provide ad-hoc reporting and analytics insights and track all marketing spend.
  • Manage senior stakeholder relationships both internal and externally.

About You
You're a confident communicator with a creative streak and a strong sense of professionalism. You're comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders, quick to learn new tools, and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

  • 2-3 years experiencing in marketing & content production.
  • Previous exposure in corporate services or legal environment highly desired.
  • Demonstrated experience with social media scheduling tools and basic website management.
  • Confident in creating and appearing in short-form video content.
  • Strong relationship management skills with the ability to handle competing priorities.
  • Curious, proactive and able to work independently to deliver strong results.
