Plant Operators Wanted - Build a Future with AR Developments

AR Developments has been building townhouses and communities for over 20 years. We manage every step of the process from design and development through to construction and sale. Join our civil crew and be a part of our on-site team.

We're on the hunt for multiskilled Plant Operators to power our civil construction projects. We are breaking ground with current projects in Ripley and Springfield areas, with more on the way as we head into 2026.

This is full-time, permanent role. If you're an operator who cares about the safety of your team, is efficient and ready to roll, we've got a seat for you on our heavy machinery - from 3.5t to 20t excavators, moxy, rollers, posi, tip trucks, skidsteers and more.

What we're looking for:

  • Solid experience in civil construction and earthworks
  • Relevant machinery tickets and HR licence
  • Trimble GPS know-how is a big plus
  • White card, driver's licence & reliable car
  • Ability to read and work from civil drawings and specs
