About the Role

We're looking for Skilled Civil Plant Operators to support Tier 1, 2 and 3 contractors & sub-contractors across Brisbane on a casual contract with the chance of Full-Time after a successful trial period. You'll help manage daily site set-up and clean up, operating various machinery: Excavator, Roller, Moxy, Dozer, Grader, Bob-cat / Skid-steer & more**. Become a vital team player at the best contractors in SEQ. 

Job Details

  • Pay: $38-50p/h + penalties + travel & meal allowances
  • Shifts: Day shifts starting at 6:30 - 8–12 hours daily
  • Projects: Sub-divisions, road works, TMR, land restoration
  • Locations: Brisbane, Gold Coast, Ipswich, Sunshine Coast

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience as a Civil Plant Operator across sub-divisions, road works or land restoration projects
  • Excavator, Roller, Moxy, Dozer, Grader, Bob-cat / Skid-steer experience
  • RII machinery tickets
  • White Card
  • Physical fitness & ability to perform manual work if required
  • Reliability & punctuality – Willing to work Mon-Fi
  • Commitment to healthy & safety standards
