What does it look like

As the Customer Service Administrator you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients from contract signing to handover This will include:

  • Providing regular customer updates
  • Following up brokers and developers
  • Checking of documentation and variations
  • Working with internal drafting and estimating team
  • Preparing handover packs
  • Supporting Building Supervisors

What we are looking for:

  • Min 2 years customer service or administration based experience
  • Building industry experience preferred but not essential
  • Experience in the property industry required
  • A passion for providing an amazing customer experience
  • Capable of multitasking and working in a fast paced environment
