Loganholme, Queensland, Australia Development Careers Full time $60,000 - $80,000 per year

Join a respected residential builder where you will be the key point of contact for clients as they bring their new home to life. Your focus will be on creating a calm, professional, and enjoyable experience,  keeping clients informed, confident, and supported from contract to construction. To do well in this role, you will need experience working for a builder, insurance company, or developer and a solid understanding of the building process, contracts, variations, and timeframes.

You will work closely with site supervisors and internal teams to make sure everything runs smoothly once the job goes to site. Attention to detail and a good grasp of HIA contracts, permits, and documentation will be essential to keeping the process organised and accurate.

Day to day, you will:

  • Build genuine relationships with clients and guide them through each stage of their build

  • Manage contracts, variations, and documentation, ensuring everything is correct before it moves to the next step

  • Liaise with drafting, estimating, and construction teams to stay ahead of timelines and keep communication clear

  • Keep clients informed of milestones and progress, providing updates before they need to ask

  • Anticipate potential issues early and work with the team to resolve them quickly and calmly

  • Maintain accurate records and follow compliance and approval processes

You are likely someone who enjoys being organised, takes ownership of your work, and communicates with clarity and care. You will have worked in a similar role within residential construction, property, or insurance and be confident handling multiple files at once while keeping the client experience front of mind.

This is a great opportunity to join a stable, well-supported builder that values initiative and trust. The role is office-based.

All applications are treated in strict confidence. To find out more, contact Kirsten Keenan on
