Come join the team at Kitto Legal - we are looking for a full-time or part-time receptionist to join our team.

Who We're Looking For

The ideal candidate is someone who:

  • Excels in front desk/customer service – you make a great first impression and can handle clients with confidence.
  • Is professional, and reliable – you take responsibility and ensure things get done without supervision.
  • Can manage new client enquiries effectively – you understand intake processes and can communicate with potential clients professionally.
  • Is highly organised – you keep track of office operations and proactively solve problems before they arise.

Your Role & Responsibilities

  • Reception/Front Desk: Be the first point of contact for clients—answer calls, greet visitors, and handle enquiries professionally.
  • Client Intake & Case Enquiries: Manage new client enquiries and guide them through the intake process.
  • Administrative Support: Assist our lawyers with legal administration when required.
  • Scheduling & Coordination: Manage appointments, meeting bookings, and staff calendars
  • Problem Solving & Prioritisation: Identify office-related issues and resolve them proactively.

Work Hours & Location

  • Full-time, Monday to Friday (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM). No after-hours or weekend work is required.
  • Part-time, Monday to Friday (09:00 AM - 3:00 or 4:00 PM). No after-hours or weekend work is required.
  • Based at our Esperance office in Dutton Arcade at 15/91 Dempster Street, Esperance.
