Mind Oasis Clinic is a specialized mental health clinic located in Strathfield, Sydney. Our dedicated team of psychiatrists, pain specialists, developmental pediatricians, psychologists, ADHD coaches, and physiotherapists work collaboratively to provide multidisciplinary care. We aim to create a space for patients to address their mental health concerns in a calming and trusting environment. We serve individuals of all ages including adults, adolescents, and children.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Medical Receptionist located in Strathfield, NSW. The Medical Receptionist will be responsible for managing appointment scheduling, handling phone calls with proper etiquette, performing receptionist duties, and utilizing medical terminology.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Appointment Scheduling and Receptionist Duties
- Strong Phone Etiquette skills
- Familiarity with Medical Terminology
- Experience in managing a Medical Office
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous experience in a medical or healthcare setting is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in healthcare administration are beneficial
