Our dedicated team of psychiatrists, pain specialists, developmental pediatricians, psychologists, ADHD coaches, and physiotherapists work collaboratively to provide multidisciplinary care. We aim to create a space for patients to address their mental health concerns in a calming and trusting environment. We serve individuals of all ages including adults, adolescents, and children.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Medical Receptionist located in Strathfield, NSW. The Medical Receptionist will be responsible for managing appointment scheduling, handling phone calls with proper etiquette, performing receptionist duties, and utilizing medical terminology.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Appointment Scheduling and Receptionist Duties
- Strong Phone Etiquette skills
- Familiarity with Medical Terminology
- Experience in managing a Medical Office
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous experience in a medical or healthcare setting is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in healthcare administration are beneficial
