The Opportunity
The firm is seeking a Senior Partner to support the growth of the Australia consulting practice. This is a senior leadership role with responsibility for building the local business, driving client impact, and shaping the firm's regional footprint across Asia Pacific.
Key Responsibilities
- Reinforce and grow the firm's consulting presence in Australia, working closely with APAC leadership.
- Win and deliver high-value consulting engagements, supporting clients' digital and data transformations.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior executives (CMO, CDO, CEO), guiding strategy and execution.
- Lead and develop a multidisciplinary local team, ensuring capability building and knowledge transfer across the region.
- Build client relationships that create cross-practice opportunities across data science, analytics, and digital.
- Manage the commercial pipeline, develop proposals, and contribute to overall business development strategy.
- Contribute thought leadership through research, articles, and case studies.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum 10 years' experience at a Tier-1 consulting firm, with at least 4 years in project and client leadership roles.
- Proven expertise in data, digital, or transformation consulting.
- Entrepreneurial and autonomous, with experience in building or scaling new practices or regions.
- Strong commercial acumen and business development track record.
- Excellent leadership, mentoring, and client engagement skills.
- Passion for data-driven decision-making and the ability to translate analytics into measurable business impact.
