We are seeking an accomplished
Senior Recruitment Partner
to join our RPO team supporting our client in the Banking and Finance space, with responsibility for partnering directly with senior executives and driving strategic hiring for highly technical and niche roles.
About the Role
As a Senior Talent Partner, you'll act as a trusted advisor to the executive team and senior technologists, shaping the way we identify, engage, and secure world-class talent. This is not a traditional recruiter role—it's a senior-level position where you'll combine executive alignment, market insight, and genuine technical fluency to influence critical hiring decisions. You'll lead the end-to-end recruitment process for some of our most business-critical and technically complex positions, ensuring our talent strategy keeps pace with innovation and growth.
This is a senior opportunity to make a tangible impact. You'll partner directly with executives, shape the strategic direction of the talent agenda, and engage with some of the most exceptional technologists in the market. If you are looking for a role that blends executive alignment, strategic influence, and technical depth, this position offers the perfect platform.
What you will be doing
- Partner directly with executives and senior leaders to define workforce strategies and anticipate future needs.
- Act as a strategic advisor, providing market intelligence, talent mapping, and data-driven insights to inform executive decision-making.
- Lead the end-to-end hiring process for niche and highly technical roles, balancing technical capability with cultural alignment.
- Demonstrate strong technical understanding to engage in credible, in-depth conversations with technologists and assess candidates effectively.
- Design and execute innovative sourcing strategies to engage hard-to-reach talent across competitive markets.
- Build and maintain long-term pipelines of specialist talent, aligned to evolving business priorities.
- Champion a best-in-class stakeholder and candidate experience, setting the standard for recruitment excellence.
- Contribute to broader talent strategy initiatives, employer branding, and continuous improvement projects.
Who you are
- Significant experience as a senior in-house talent partner, with a track record of hiring for highly technical, niche roles (e.g., engineering, data, security, infrastructure).
- Confident and credible in engaging with executives, with the ability to influence and challenge at C-suite level.
- Strong technical understanding and curiosity, enabling robust and informed conversations with technologists.
- Demonstrated success in building strategic sourcing strategies and talent pipelines in competitive markets.
- Commercially minded, with the ability to align hiring strategy to broader business objectives.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and consultative skills.
- Resilient, agile, and energized by the challenge of complex, business-critical hiring.
