Solar Surge Australia is a fast-growing solar retailer with our own installation division. We deliver premium solar and battery systems across Queensland with a typical two-week battery installation turnaround. Our in-house approach means seamless jobs, zero stock delays and happy customers.

About the Role

We are expanding our sales team and looking for a driven Solar & Battery Sales Consultant. With unlimited earning potential (realistic OTE $200k+) and hot, double-confirmed leads, you'll focus on closing deals while we handle the rest—stock, scheduling and installs.

What you'll do

  • Conduct in-home consultations and create tailored solar & battery solutions
  • Educate customers and build trust to close high-value sales
  • Prepare contracts and lodge applications accurately
  • Nurture referrals and grow your client base
  • Keep CRM details current and precise

What we're looking for

  • Proven solar sales experience and industry knowledge
  • Confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills
  • Professional presentation and a customer-first mindset
  • Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
  • Motivated to hit big numbers and enjoy uncapped commissions
