We're continually expanding our team and looking for the right person to join us on the solar service & sales side of the business.

The Role

This is not an installation role. We have a dedicated install team. There's no cold calling or door knocking. All appointemnts are booked by our office team, so it's all organized.

Instead, you'll be the expert who:

• Visits customers in their homes to diagnose solar system issues

• Provides clear, genuine advice and explains repair or replacement options

• Builds trust and helps customers make the right decision for their home

• Hands the installation over to our install team once the customer chooses the solution

Think of it as the perfect role if you want to get off the tools but still use your electrical and solar expertise to help people — and be rewarded for your customer and sales skills.

What We're Looking For

• A licensed electrician with solar experience (solar service/repairs background ideal)

• Someone who is great with customers — clear, honest, genuine

• Previous sales experience is a big advantage (but not essential if you're confident with people and advice-driven)

• A professional who wants to earn well, build a career, and join a family business with strong values
