About This Opportunity
The Coordinator, DFV Programs leads the delivery and continuous improvement of trauma-informed domestic and family violence services across the Southern Highlands and Shoalhaven, while maintaining a small caseload to model best practice and support frontline impact. In this role you will:
- Lead and support a team of specialist DFV caseworkers, including remote management and supervision.
- Implement and maintain a high-quality case management framework, grounded in intersectional feminist, trauma-informed, and strength-based practice.
- Provide mentoring and leadership, including supervision, training, and one-on-one support to build best-practice capability across the team.
- Ensure data integrity and reporting standards, supporting accurate data collection and preparation of program reports.
- Manage contracts, funding, and service agreements, ensuring program targets are met and resources are aligned with budget planning.
About You
We're looking for a talented and experienced professional, who is passionate about leading a team that support community. As the ideal candidate you will have:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Social Work, Psychology, and/or extensive experience coordinating DFV services.
- Proven leadership in trauma-informed, strengths-based case management that prioritises client safety and wellbeing.
- Inclusive and collaborative leadership style, with strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to team empowerment.
- Demonstrated ability to build partnerships and contribute to funding submissions and stakeholder engagement.
- Passionate about women's rights and social change, with a drive to influence systems and advocate for gender equality.
