About the role
Affinity Print is seeking an experienced and driven Business Development Manager to join our dynamic sales team. In this full-time role based in Cranbourne West, VIC, you will be responsible for cultivating new business opportunities and driving growth for our leading packaging, print and digital solutions. As a key member of our sales division, you will play a vital role in the continued success and expansion of our business.
What you'll be doing
· Actively prospect and generate new leads through networking, cold calling, email campaigns and other sales activities.
· Develop and execute effective sales strategies to acquire new clients across various industries
· Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract close, ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience
· Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to drive repeat business and upsell opportunities
· Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings and new products/services to provide valuable insights to clients
· Collaborate with the wider team to support marketing initiatives and contribute to the overall growth of the business
What we're looking for
· Proven track record in a sales role, business development or account management role

must be within the Packaging or Print industry.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively engage and influence clients
· Strong negotiation and closing skills to secure new business opportunities
· Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and identify sales trends
· Ambitious and driven with a passion for exceeding sales targets
