Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across the assigned regions.
  • Build, manage, and grow relationships with key trade partners and retail agencies.
  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue and market-share targets.
  • Conduct regular in-person and virtual sales meetings, presentations, and training sessions.
  • Support partners with marketing initiatives, campaigns, and promotional materials.
  • Participate in trade events, industry activities, and collaborative marketing efforts.
  • Manage regional budgets, maintain accurate records, and complete weekly reporting.
  • Provide insights on market trends, competitor activity, and customer behaviour.
  • Uphold internal quality, safety, and operational standards.

Experience & Qualifications

  • 5+ years' experience in relationship-based sales, ideally within travel, tourism, or a related industry.
  • Strong background in retail/consumer marketing and agency or distribution networks.
  • Proven ability to meet revenue goals and build long-term commercial relationships.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, organisational, and project management skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with frequent travel.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

  • Up to $100K package including car allowance DOE + super + bonus
