About the Business and the Role

Southern Stars Air Conditioning & Electrical is a family-owned, locally operated business with a strong reputation for quality workmanship and customer service. We are expanding and looking for the right person to join our Toowoomba team.

This role offers the successful applicant the opportunity to complete a 4-year electrical apprenticeship while working alongside a qualified electrician. You'll gain hands-on experience across electrical, air conditioning, and solar, with plenty of opportunities to grow your skills and career.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Electrical, Solar & Air Conditioning repairs, servicing, and installations
  • Taking pride in work quality, reporting, and documentation
  • Working safely and effectively with others
  • Availability for after-hours work and overtime when required
  • Communicating clearly and professionally with customers

Skills and Experience Required

  • Current manual driver's licence
  • Current White Card
  • Basic hand tools (required for the position)
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and eagerness to learn
