Field Service Foreman page is loaded## Field Service Foremanlocations: Australia | SEQ | Toowoomba - Field Servicetime type: Full timeposted on: Posted Yesterdaytime left to apply: End Date: November 22, 2025 (30+ days left to apply)job requisition id: JR117081**Company :**Hastings Deering (Australia) Ltd**Kickstart your career or take the next step with Hastings Deering – where our people build something BIGGER.**We’re looking for experienced Field Service Foreman to join our team in Toowoomba to support and lead our specialist Electric Power Generation Field Service Team This is a Permanent, Monday to Friday role.**What you’ll be doing****As a Field Service Foreman, you will:*** Provide leadership, guidance and coaching to Field Service Technicians.* Ensure safety standards are maintained.* Determine target hours for work required and communicate with field technicians.* Answer all field service enquires and calls for the Region* Provide after hour’s callout assistance.* Organize parts, labour, accommodation & tooling to conduct field repairs.* Coordinate team of tradesman & apprentices providing technical guidance & assistance.* Work with customer representative to plan and schedule work.* Assist Field Technicians with in depth diagnostic and Failure Analysis.* Participate and contribute to Continuous improvement ideas and execution of these ideas.* Manage changes to schedule and fitter availability when unforeseen absences present.* Ensuring maintenance is performed on all service trucks and associated tooling/equipment* Work Collaboratively with the other Foremen, wider Field Service and service teams to ensure that all customer needs are met.Hastings Deering is proud to be one of the top 5 Caterpillar dealerships globally.
