As a family-owned business, we design, build, and install automated aeration controllers and custom electrical control cabinets that automate and improve the functionality of on-farm grain storage facilities.

About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Apprentice Electrician to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity to begin your career in the electrical industry, gain valuable hands-on experience, and work towards becoming a fully qualified Electrical Fitter Mechanic. As part of our close-knit and professional team, you'll play a key role in meaningful projects while building the skills and knowledge to succeed in the trade.
What You'll Be Doing
In this role, you'll:
- Travel across QLD and NSW to help install cutting-edge equipment at grain storage facilities.
- Roll up your sleeves in the workshop, building switchboards and assembling equipment.
- Work alongside and learn directly from qualified electricians on installations, repairs, and maintenance.
- Develop the skills to read and interpret electrical plans and drawings.
- Keep tools and equipment in top shape while maintaining a safe, tidy workspace.
- Follow industry safety standards that keep you and your teammates protected.
- Complete training and coursework to power through your apprenticeship.

- Willingness to work away on farms as required – likely to be 60 – 80% of the role.
- An interest in agriculture is a big positive
- A strong work ethic and a "can-do" attitude.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Attention to detail and a safety-first mindset.
- Eligibility to begin an electrical apprenticeship.
