The OpportunityWe are seeking a motivated and hands-on Entry-Level Building Supervisor to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to step into a leadership role in construction and build their career with a company that values professional development and high-quality work.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in supervising construction and maintenance projects on-site
- Support compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards (ISO-accredited systems)
- Coordinate trades, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Monitor project timelines and assist with reporting to senior supervisors
- Ensure site safety and quality checks are carried out
- Build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members
- Entry-level or early-career candidate (trade background or construction studies desirable)
- Certificate III/IV in construction-related qualifications required
- Strong interest in construction supervision and project management
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Willingness to learn and grow within the company
- White Card required (other tickets/licences desirable)
- Drivers licence and own transport
- Australian work rights required for this position
- Exposure to a variety of construction and maintenance projects
- Supportive team environment within an ISO-accredited business
- Competitive salary package aligned with entry-level supervisory roles
