Do you have a flair for leadership and a passion for mentoring? We are seeking a university-trained Early Childhood Teacher to take on the pivotal Nominated Supervisor position at our 109-place centre. This is your chance to shine and lead a dedicated team
What Awaits You:

Your Essentials:
- Bachelor of Teaching (Early Childhood) or ACECQA-approved qualification or working towards
- Experience in a Director or 2IC role
- Proven leadership in mentoring and inspiring a team
- Familiarity with OWNA (preferred, not essential)
- Current Working with Children Check NSW
- First Aid/CPR/Asthma/Anaphylaxis certificates
- Current Child Protection
- A genuine passion for Early Years learning and development
- Strong understanding of National Quality Standards, NQF, and National Law
- Ability to build respectful relationships with children, families, and the community
