**POSITION DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES**

NCH Australia is looking for a confident, competitive and self-driven individual with an entrepreneurial mindset to fill this growth-oriented Sales opportunity in our lubricants division. This role will function as a Sales Representative to sell a variety of product solutions to new and existing customers in an industrial setting. In this field sales role you will be provided comprehensive training and support on lead generation, business development, account management and how to build long-term partnerships with your customers using various networking methods to help develop your own territory across Newcastle and Hunter Valley areas

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Outgoing and motivated personality
- Competitive mindset with strong work-ethic and coachable attitude
- Previous sales experience not necessary to be successful
- Relevant experience for this role includes Customer service, retail and hospitality.
- History of personal and professional success
- Strong relationship building, communication, and presentation skills
- Valid full Driver’s License and reliable vehicle required
- Excellent written and spoken English skills
- Basic computer skills

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
