As we continue to grow, we're looking to bring on a motivated and reliable Building Cadet who's eager to learn the ropes and grow within the construction industry.

About the Role:

As a Building Cadet, you'll be working closely with our management team, supervisors, trades and suppliers to gain experience across all facets of construction. This role is ideal for someone studying (or recently completed) a relevant construction, building, or project management course, and wants to gain practical, on-the-job experience.

Task:

• Assisting the administration team
• Working with estimating, procurement, and scheduling
• Assisting with site coordination
• Supporting project documentation and compliance
• Liaising with subcontractors and suppliers
• Learning how to read and interpret plans and specifications
• General site and office-based support duties
• Managing quality assurance

What We're Looking For:

• Someone with a genuine interest in building and construction
• Currently studying (or recently completed) a building, construction management or similar course
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Good communication and organisation skills
• Driver's license and own transport
• Computer literacy (Microsoft Office, google sheets, emails, etc.)
