  • Water service projects valued up to $30 million
  • Office based with consistent site visits 
  • Multi state construction Contractor

You'll guide projects from concept to completion, coordinating trades, communicating with stakeholders, and ensuring safety and excellence across every site

THE ROLE

  • Managing entire project from commencement to completion
  • Project planning, scheduling, cost control and budgeting
  • Manage client and subcontractor relationships
  • Lead and implement WHS, Quality and Environmental standards
  • Effectively implementing both upstream and downstream contracts
  • Managing and maintaining the design process
  • Development and management of project programmes & timelines
  • Experience in estimating/tendering (highly desirable)
  • Project progress reporting and conducting weekly meetings
  • Raise RFI's and track responses

ABOUT YOU

You are a positive front-line leader and have previous experience in an on-site management role along with;

  • Experience with a ranger of contracts, standards and delivery models
  • Background in remediation, structural steel, mechanical, piping and water industry (Highly desirable)
  • Understanding of inspection techniques, NDT, and structural analysis
  • You can coordinate and deliver complex shutdown of works
  • Program and planning skills
  • Proficiency in managing budgets and cost control
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and subcontractor management
  • Ability to mentor and grow a team

Qualifications and Requirements

  • White Card
  • Drivers Licence
  • Tertiary qualification in Construction or Engineering
