We're looking for a highly organised
Production Coordinator
to join our Product & Design Team. Reporting to the Head of Product, you'll manage critical paths, production trackers and schedules across our Non-Formulated and Gifting categories—ensuring products are delivered on time, to spec, and within budget. This fast-paced, hands-on role works closely with cross-functional teams and offshore vendors.
The Role
- Implement and manage production schedules and critical paths to ensure on-time delivery.
- Liaise daily with suppliers and factories, tracking styles, samples, trims and fabrics.
- Build and manage trackers (Range Plan, Gift Set Creation, WIP) to ensure cross-functional alignment.
- Coordinate purchase orders, amendments, labels, ticketing and barcodes with accuracy and timeliness.
- Support the pre-production process and manage fortnightly warehouse meetings and training.
- Work with Compliance and Sustainability teams to ensure testing requirements and brand standards are met.
- Manage QC inspections, vendor performance reporting and logistics issues in collaboration with internal teams.
- Partner with Product & Planning to achieve sales, margin, and budget targets through effective cost negotiations and supplier management.
- Ensure samples are delivered to Marketing, Digital and VM to maximise exposure and campaign opportunities.
- On-site role 5-days per week, based in our St Kilda Road offices
*THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:*
- Previous experience in a production, product coordination or similar role.
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in fashion, business, marketing or a related field.
- Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Experience liaising with offshore vendors.
- A solid understanding of product manufacturing and construction.
- Strong numerical, analytical, written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills a bonus.
