About the role:
  • Seeking a driven and experienced Sales and Business Development Manager to lead strategic growth initiatives, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue through new and existing markets.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify, target, and develop new business opportunities across relevant industries.
  • Manage and grow key accounts, ensuring long-term relationships and repeat business.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (design, production, QA) to develop packaging solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Lead end-to-end sales process: proposal development, quoting, closing, and onboarding.
  • Track market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities and threats.
  • Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.
  • About You:
  • Proven track record in sales and business development, ideally within plastic packaging.
  • Strong technical understanding of thermoforming and/or blow moulding processes.
Desirable:
  • Background in packaging design or product development.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Business, or related fields
