About the Role

We are currently seeking Tradesperson's Assistant(s) for our RUTHERFORD workshop who possess a practical hands on approach and excellent attention to detail for our Rutherford workshop.

We are Seeking Tradespersons Assistants for:

  • TA - Elelctrical Fitter and Harness Wiring
  • TA - Mechanical Fitter
  • TA - Welder 2nd Class

*If any of the below describes yourself, Tefol needs you

  • Mechanically minded
  • Proactive, motivated and great team player

Key duties will consist of, but will not be limited to

  • Assisting multiple trades, within Tefol's workshop
  • Assembly of componentry
  • Job set up and pull down for all Trades
  • Intermediate Works, Elelctrical, Welding & Mechanical

The key team member we are looking for needs:

  • Excellent Workplace Safety history
  • Good team player with great communication skills
  • Adaptable and versatile Skill Set
  • Availability to work overtime shifts
  • A current drivers licence (HR desirable)
  • A proven problem solving ability with strong work ethic and attention to detail
  • Current forklift ticket (Desirable)
  • An awareness of Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) requirements
