Job Overview
As our Site Supply Lead you will be responsible for managing, analysing, scheduling and facilitating supply components that support the production and service of equipment at our Rutherford facility. You will play an integral role as the single point of contact between Operations and Supply Chain, ensuring that cross-functional teams work collaboratively to meet customer expectations. To be successful in this role you will need to be self-starter who demonstrates initiative and commitment with the ability to work well in a diverse network of people. Key Job Responsibilities

Facilitate meetings to review current production schedule,component assemblies and future planned schedules

Analyze and identify changes in scope of work for assembly plant and suppliers during contract reviews and project management meetings

Review supply chain capacity to support proposed late customer and/or engineering changes in collaboration with key stakeholders

Facilitate and/or establish cross-functional teams, as required, to develop local supplier(s) to further support the specific production facility schedule

Collaborate with the material planner and buyer(s) the establishment of stocking programs to support operations

Elevate the need for additional and/or adjusted planning on historical fluctuations in demand. AIO/OE Planning BOM Review - Lead Time Review - Long Leads

Identify and initiate cost improvement activities

Provide supervision and mentoring to other Supply Chain personnel

Qualifications/Requirements
Degree qualification in business or supply /logistics
Three to five years’ experience in a manufacturing organization
A broad and in-depth knowledge of purchasing, manufacturing, materials and inventory management, quality, information systems, finance, and engineering drawings
A level of understanding of the mining industry
Solid decision-making skills, strong analytical skills, and demonstrated critical-thinking abilities
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Attention to detail is critical with the ability to work under pressue
Advanced SAP experience
Broad knowledge of a range of computer packages, including, MS Suite, SharePoint and Salesforce.
