What's on offer?

We are seeking an experienced Full Time Labourer/Civil Operator to join our growing civil business primarily based out of Rutherford, NSW.

To be successful you must have:

  • A strong commitment to safety
  • High level of motivation with a positive, can do attitude
  • Valid drivers licence
  • General Construction Induction Card (white card)
  • Experience & ticketed to operate rollers
  • Ability to work in a team & achieve quality work outcomes
  • Availability to work overtime, weekends / nights and working away from home when required
  • The following would be desirable, but not mandatory:
    • Experience & ticketed to operate posi tracks/skid steers/excavator/rollers
    • HR/MR license
    • Previous pavement construction experience
    • Traffic management ticket(s)

The pre-employment process will include a medical check, including drug and alcohol screening.
