About the role
Join our friendly team at NOVUS GLASS WAGGA in a full-time Reception Role. Based in Wagga Wagga, NSW, this role is essential in being highly presentable with excellent reception greeting skills.
What you'll be doing
· Handling incoming customer enquiries via phone, email and in-person
· Providing accurate and helpful information to customers about products and services
· Processing customer orders, bookings and payments efficiently
· Liaising with our technical team to ensure they stay on task with daily bookings
· Maintaining customer records and updating our systems
· Build up to quoting on glass repair and replacement
· Supporting our customers needs with insurance claims, delegate to team
· Contributing to a positive customer experience and continue to build on long-term established relationships with our customers.
What we're looking for
· A mature minded and established individual that is capable of engaging with a wide variety of clientele.
· Previous experience in a Reception customer-facing role, ideally within the glass or automotive industry
· Reception experience with a minimum 2+ years experience is required.
· Skills in managing our busy digital phone headset based phone system
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a high attention to detail
· Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to handle inquiries effectively
· Proficient in using computer systems and software, including basic level of Microsoft Office 365 and Myob, additional training will be provided for successful candidates.
· Well spoken, with a positive, friendly and helpful attitude
· Open minded commitment to continuous learning and development
· Energetic and a happy with the ability to work well with other team members
· Accountable, dependable, reliable and be able to think on your feet
· Australian citizens and permanent residents only.
