We’re opening our new Wagga Wagga clinic and looking for a proactive and professional **Reception & Admin Coordinator** to become the heart of our new team.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Welcome patients with professionalism and kindness
- Answer calls, manage appointments, and handle the daily diary
- Process billing, Medicare & Hearing Services Program claims
- Maintain accurate records and support retail product sales
- Keep the clinic running smoothly, clean, and organised
- Support our marketing, social media, and community engagement

**About You**:

- Admin, reception, or customer service experience (healthcare a bonus)
- Excellent communicator - in person, on the phone, and in writing
- Reliable, proactive, and able to multitask like a pro
- Tech-savvy with good time management
- Friendly, professional, and people-focused

**Training**: Initial 1-2 weeks of training in Albury-Wodonga.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
